The production is highly controlled & certified. In our organically farmed fields, we cultivate 5,000 olive trees of the "Hondrolia of Chalkidiki" variety, which translates to "fat olive" in Greek, due to the large size of the olive fruit. This variety is unique in the world, rich in trace elements, and famous for its size and taste. That is why Chalkidiki (or Halkidiki) is one of the most important regions in Europe in the production of "edible olives" or "table olives".

A single variety of extra virgin olive oil produced from semi-ripe Makri olives harvested in early November with very low acidity. The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold-pressed under optimal conditions. Characterized by fruitiness of medium intensity, tones of red fruit, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves together with balanced bitter and spicy tones. It is best consumed raw. Fresh olive oil to accompany all your dishes.

An exceptional extra virgin olive oil harvested in November from carefully selected medium-ripened olives with low acidity. It is cold-pressed on the same day as the harvest under optimal conditions, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.

It is characterized by a medium-intensity fruity aroma, with notes of red fruits, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves,balance between bitter and spicy note.

This olive oil is made from Makri olives that are harvested at medium ripeness, when they begin to ripen, offering a milder flavor compared to early-harvest olive oil.

All our olive oils are produced from our own private estates, cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment and following strict environmental regulations. The olive oil is processed at our own olive mill.
