A single variety extra virgin olive oil produced from semi-ripe Makri olives harvested early November with a very low acidity . The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold pressed under optimal conditions. Characterized by fruitiness of medium intensity, tones of red fruit, vanilla , artichoke and tomato leaves together with balanced bitter and spicy tones. It is best consumed raw. A fresh olive oil to accompany all your dishes.
