Premium Selection  

A single variety of extra virgin olive oil produced from semi-ripe Makri olives harvested in early November with very low acidity. The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold-pressed under optimal conditions. Characterized by fruitiness of medium intensity, tones of red fruit, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves together with balanced bitter and spicy tones. It is best consumed raw. Fresh olive oil to accompany all your dishes.
