An exceptional extra virgin olive oil harvested in November from carefully selected medium-ripened olives with low acidity. It is cold-pressed on the same day as the harvest under optimal conditions, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.

It is characterized by a medium-intensity fruity aroma, with notes of red fruits, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves,balance between bitter and spicy note.

This olive oil is made from Makri olives that are harvested at medium ripeness, when they begin to ripen, offering a milder flavor compared to early-harvest olive oil.

All our olive oils are produced from our own private estates, cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment and following strict environmental regulations. The olive oil is processed at our own olive mill.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Halkidiki Olives from Galani Metagitsiou Chalkidikis Variety 

In the summer of 2018, Dimitris & Nikos, two young men with entrepreneurial spirit decided to turn their love & knowledge for olives & olive oil but also for history & environment into a business venture… & “klēa” was born in Nea Tenedos of the Chalkidiki peninsula, where their olive groves are also located. The name derives from the ancient Greek words “κλέος” (kléos), meaning glory, & “ελαία” (elaíā), meaning olive (tree or fruit). 

“Elaiolado Halkidikis” is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from “Galani Metagitsiou” olives, a Halkidiki’s peninsula rare variety. 

Kyklopas Early Harvest Blend  Makris-Picual   

The Makri variety, unique to the Evros region, is paired with the renowned Spanish Piqual variety, creating a blend that highlights the best characteristics of both.

• From the Makri variety, we draw fruity intensity and complexity, offering notes of freshness, aromas of green leaves, freshly cut grass, and subtle hints of tomato. Makri imparts an elegant character, balance, and finesse.

• From the Piqual variety, we enhance the intensity of bitterness and spiciness, along with its characteristic and high polyphenol content, which promote health and longevity in the olive oil.

This remarkable combination creates a blend that embodies harmony, complexity, and intensity.

The result is an extra virgin olive oil that stands out for its unique quality.

Early Harvest

A single variety of extra virgin olive oil with an exceptionally low acidity, produced from the Makri olive, which has unique characteristics thanks to the local microclimate and the estate’s soil structure, and is harvested in the middle of October. Characterized by fruitiness of mid to high intensity with enhanced tones of fresh green olive and green banana, artichoke and freshly cut grass. The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold-pressed under optimal conditions. Complex in taste, yet delicate with moderate bitter and spicy tones, it is best consumed raw as a finishing touch to all your dishes.
